Here at April Sunshine Designs, we do things a little differently. Serving a 120 mile radius of Dayton, Ohio, we start with a site visit to get an understanding of the space. We use state of the art measurement technology to map out your property and get accurate measurements so there is no guess work. We know exactly where to dig and how much to dig. Once we have all that, we can start designing, turning your ideas and visions into reality. Using our 3D design program, we can accurately show you exactly what you are getting, from the shape and size of your pool to the refreshments sitting on the table on your new patio. Before it is time to dig, we pull all of the permits and surveys, so you do not have to. Once everything has been marked, OUR crew will come out and start your project. We do not subcontract any of our excavation or installation work. You will see the same crew leader from start to finish on your project. This is to make sure your backyard work is done smoothly and efficiently. While on the job, our team is there to answer any questions or concerns you may have. A typical job takes between 1 and 6 weeks (about 1 and a half months) depending on the complexity of the design. We do everything we can to preserve your backyard so that it looks like we were never there in the first place. Seeding or laying sod is the last thing to take place to make sure your yard looks better than we found it.
